Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from King Lou's Hoodoo Shop, including physical merchandise, digital products, webinar recordings, readings, consultations, spiritual workings, and other services.

Physical Merchandise

Except where otherwise stated in a product listing or required by applicable law, sales of physical merchandise are final once the order has shipped.

We do not ordinarily accept returns or issue refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants an item, or does not experience a hoped-for spiritual or personal result from a spiritual, ritual, metaphysical, or curio product.

If you receive the wrong item, an item arrives with a material defect, or there is another fulfillment problem with your order, please contact King Lou's Hoodoo Shop with your order number and documentation of the problem so that we can review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where warranted or required by law.

Shipping delays, loss, and damage will be addressed according to the circumstances of the shipment, applicable carrier procedures, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy eliminates rights concerning merchandise that was not shipped or delivered as promised where those rights cannot legally be waived.

Digital Products, Webinar Recordings, Classes, and Other Digital Content

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of delivered digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where King Lou's Hoodoo Shop fails to provide the purchased content as described.

This includes, but is not limited to, webinar recordings, prerecorded classes, instructional videos, downloadable materials, digital documents, recordings, replay access, and other electronically delivered content.

A digital product is considered delivered when the purchased content, access link, download link, recording, or instructions for accessing the content have been sent to the email address or other contact method provided by the customer, or when access has otherwise been made available through the delivery system used by King Lou's Hoodoo Shop.

Once digital content or access has been delivered, a customer may not return the content in the manner that physical merchandise can be returned. Accordingly, refunds will not ordinarily be provided after delivery because the customer has viewed, accessed, downloaded, consumed, or no longer wants the digital content.

Failure to watch, download, save, or otherwise use delivered digital content does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.

If you experience a legitimate technical or delivery problem that prevents access to content you purchased, please contact King Lou's Hoodoo Shop. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide the purchased access. A correctable access or delivery problem does not automatically require cancellation or refund of the purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other information necessary for electronic delivery.

Readings and Consultations

Readings and consultations are considered delivered when the scheduled session has been performed or when the applicable written, recorded, telephone, video, or other reading has been provided to the customer.

Once a reading or consultation has been performed or delivered, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the purchased service was not provided as described.

Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, disagreement with spiritual guidance provided, or subsequent events not occurring as hoped does not constitute non-delivery of the purchased service.

Scheduled Readings: Rescheduling and Late Arrival

Clients may not reschedule their own reading appointments. Any rescheduling must be communicated between the client and King Lou's Hoodoo Shop and agreed upon by both parties before the appointment is changed.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled reading, the client forfeits that appointment slot and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms stated in the applicable service listing also apply.

Spiritual Workings and Other Spiritual Services

Customers may request cancellation of a spiritual working before preparation or performance of the service has begun.

Once preparation or performance has begun, the service ordinarily cannot be canceled or refunded.

Completed spiritual workings are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the purchased service was not performed as described.

Payment for a spiritual working purchases the practitioner's time, preparation, materials where applicable, expertise, and performance of the service described. Payment is not contingent upon achieving a particular result.

Spiritual services cannot guarantee the actions, feelings, decisions, communication, or behavior of another person or guarantee a particular relationship, financial, employment, legal, personal, or other external outcome.

Failure to achieve a customer's desired or hoped-for result does not constitute failure to perform or deliver the purchased spiritual service.

Additional terms governing readings and spiritual services are contained in the King Lou's Hoodoo Shop Spiritual Services Agreement.

Reporting a Problem

If you believe an item, digital product, reading, consultation, or spiritual service was not provided as described, please contact King Lou's Hoodoo Shop and include your order number and a description of the issue so that we can review the transaction.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Refund Policy and purchases from King Lou's Hoodoo Shop are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any mandatory or non-waivable consumer protections applicable to a particular transaction remain applicable.
