Spiritual Services Agreement

This Spiritual Services Agreement applies to spiritual readings, consultations, rootwork, candle work, spiritual workings, and other spiritual services purchased from King Lou's Hoodoo Shop LLC.

What You Are Purchasing

By purchasing a spiritual service, the client is purchasing the practitioner's time, preparation, materials where applicable, expertise, and performance of the service described in the applicable listing. Payment is not contingent upon a particular outcome occurring.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Spiritual practices involve matters that cannot be predicted or controlled with certainty. King Lou's Hoodoo Shop LLC does not guarantee reconciliation, communication or conduct by another person, financial gain, employment, legal outcomes, medical outcomes, relationship outcomes, or any other specific external result.

Readings and Consultations

A reading or consultation is considered delivered when the scheduled session is performed or when the purchased written, recorded, telephone, video, or other reading is provided as described in the listing. Satisfaction with the information received or whether later events occur as discussed does not determine whether the service was delivered.

Spiritual Workings

A spiritual working is considered rendered when the practitioner has performed the spiritual service described in the purchased listing. Some workings may be performed over multiple days or stages. Completion means that the purchased spiritual service was performed; it does not mean that a particular external event is guaranteed to occur.

Timeframes

Any timeframe discussed for possible spiritual results is an estimate or spiritual opinion unless expressly identified in writing as a deadline for performance of the purchased service. Statements about when results may manifest are not guarantees.

Cancellations and Refunds

A client may request cancellation before preparation or performance of a spiritual working has begun. Once preparation or performance has begun, the service is in progress and ordinarily cannot be canceled or refunded. Completed readings and completed spiritual workings are non-refundable except where required by law or where the purchased service was not performed as described.

Failure to achieve a client's hoped-for result does not, by itself, constitute non-delivery of the purchased service.

Client Responsibility

The client agrees to provide accurate information reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service and to respond to reasonable requests for required information. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate client information do not constitute failure to provide the service.

Not Professional Advice

Spiritual services are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and are not substitutes for services from appropriately licensed professionals.

Questions and Disputes

If a client believes a purchased service was not provided as described, the client should contact King Lou's Hoodoo Shop LLC using the contact information published on the store so the matter can be reviewed. Nothing in this Agreement waives any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Georgia Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights remain applicable.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a spiritual service, the client acknowledges that the purchase is for performance of the described spiritual service and not for a guaranteed result, and that the client has had an opportunity to review the service description, this Agreement, and the applicable Refund Policy.
